Branch Closures

Over the past few years we’ve seen changes to the way our members use our branches. So it’s important for us to continually review our branch network and the other services we offer.

This means that we sometimes have to take the difficult decision to close a branch. We review all kinds of factors when doing this – like how many customers are visiting the branch, what kind of transactions are being carried out, whether we have a branch nearby, and the ability for customers to manage their account(s) online and with our Contact Centre.
